Hyundai Motor India — non availability of parts for my car no. wb 02 ac 2313' | |||
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had taken my car no. Wb02ac 2313 to bengal hyundai workshop on 22nd october 2019 for a complaint of hard steering. The workshop identified that the problem was due to some fault in the steering column and it needs to be replaced. After taking my approval they issued me a service challan with a promised date of delivery on 23rd october 2019. On enquiry after a couple of days i came to know that the said parts is not available in the local workshops and hence has to be fetched from ouside kolkata. Since then more than 3 weeks have passed and everyday, after several calls made to the service station, i get to know that the order for the above item is still pending, sometimes they say it is with chennai, sometimes lucknow and so on. Under the circumstances i don't know what to do and how to resolve the issue. The car being a vital necessity of my daily activities, i am facing a huge crisis and can't find any definite solution for the same. The workshop is extremely ineffective and hence i am having to suffer for the same. Kinly look into the matter asap so that i can get back my car at the earliest.
