Hyundai Motor India — non-availability of spare parts | |||
Dear customer care team, hyundai, I would like to bring few facts to your kind notice as i am a proud owner of hyundai santro (Buying date 29th aug ‘2007, reg no. Dl3cal 4268) and hyundai verna fluidic (Buying date sep ‘2011, reg no. Dl3cbp 5881). After receiving good response for services of my first car “santro” i decided to buy another car from hyundai only and accordingly i bought verna fluidic and again i am planning to buy new creta (Amt) because of good & wide service network across india, but for past few years i am realizing that whenever there is any fault in car, the spare parts are not available most of time at the concern hyundai dealer, recently once incidence accrued with me unfortunately, as someone stolen “ecm” from my verna car on dated 21st may ‘2018 and till then my car is at workshop (Capital hyundai, sector-83, noida uttar pradesh) and this part is not available in “ncr region” and not even in chennai (As per capital hyundai), it’s been 16 days now and further there is no clue that when it is expected to get ecm and get my car back. Request you to look into the matter and i will further request you that in such cases such spare parts should be available atleast in delhi as it seems month long process just to get one part.
