I have given my Vehicle No.TN66A5050 at your authorised dealer M/S Chandra Hyundai, Avanashi Road, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu for repairing ECM in Mar 2023. The dealer repaired the ECM and informed to replace the Wire Assembly(Part No.912911j200). However the parts are not reached to Chandra Hyundai till now. It is surprised that Hyundai wants to wait the customer for one month to repair the vehicle?
This is a second time we are facing this issue. There was undue delay last time also for replacing new ECM. The new ECM failed within two years which is reflecting quality of the product delivered to the customer.
We strongly admit that as a customer I should not choose Hyundai cars due to service issue on account of parts not provided by Hyundai.
Kindly understand that success of any company is based on the customer satisfaction specially post sales which is focused by Tata and Maruti. However there is no priority given by Hyundai for their customer post sales which is reflecting in this repeated incidents.
Provide the commitment date to deliver the vehicle since I have planned to sale my car and move to Tata or Maruti. Was this information helpful? |
