Hyundai Motor India — Non receipt of extended warranty certificate | |||||
Dear Sirs, I wish to place on record with deep regrets the inefficient service rendered by your Company. I have purchased a Creta Motor Car from your dealer Star Hyundai Mysuru, Karnataka in terms of their Inv. No.774 dated 22nd March 2017. I have paid money for the extended warranty upto 4th year the sum indicated to me. But till date I have not received the warranty certificate from the Company though 3 months are over. Prior to this I had an Ascent CRDI for which also I had taken the extra warranty which certificate arrived within a month from the date of purchase. Please expedite the Certificate and eliminate the bureaucratic delays in issuing the Certificate and ensure quality of service in terms of your claim. I am sorry as I am compelled to do this.
