Hyundai Motor India — Non receipt of RC | |||
I purchased my Hyundai I20 in Jul 2013. It has been a complete year now and I have still not received the RC for my vehicle. I have been following up with the sales staff at Modi Hyundai but they keep postponing the matter and informing me of various reasons for this - they have not been helpful at all. This is a very important issue (not receiving RC in 1 year of purchase) - and I may face issues with renewal of my insurance without an RC. Can I request you to look into this asap?
