This is in reference to my mail dated May 19, 2015 regarding non satisfactory service/repair of my vehicle bearing registration No. DL 3C BZ 3391 through HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA.
Following facts are brought to your notice:
After that mail I have spoken with Ms. Poonam, Ms. Anju, Mr. Dheeraj Chauhan, Mr. Jintender, and with Mr. Rajesh Dhiman but I am sorry to inform that I am not getting any satisfactory reply from any of the above persons.
I have requested Ms. Poonam please don't forward my complaint to HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA as I am not at all satisfied with the service they have provided, but she forwarded my complaint to them only. Till date nothing has been done.
Yesterday I have spoken with Ms. Anju she told me that by evening a satisfactory reply will be given to you positively. But nothing has been done.
I have spoken with Mr. Dheeraj Chauhan who says to contact SAMARA HYUNDAI regarding your problem and take me on conference but sorry to inform that they have shifted from Defence Colony, Lajpat Nagar.
Even requested Mr. Jitender to please do something who says that it will be done at HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA only.
Yesterday I have spoken with Mr. Rajesh Dhiman of Samara Hyundai who says that warranty starts from the date of purchase of vehicle whereas I got installed my CNG connection through SAMARA HYUNDAI only after six months. Sir, if they were giving me a warranty of only 1-1/2 years only then why should I get installed my CNG through SAMARA HYUNDAI I should have installed it from open market in half the price.
Sir, the main point is that when I gave my vehicle to HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA my vehicle was giving an average of 20-22 kms. in CNG and 16 in PETROL. They have taken my injector no.2 to cover their expenses of head work being done by them.
Sir, if nothing has been done satisfactorily then this is my last mail on this topic, then I am being forced to go for other sources of complaints. Was this information helpful? |
