Hello Kia India,
This is a further frustration to your dealership dealing.
On February 3rd, we have sent our grievance to [protected]@kiaindia.net elaborating about not delivering the Sonet we booked for almost 6 months since September 2021, now I am so HAPPY to add another 2 months to it.
After my mail to kiacare, we have got an reply asking for Apologies for the delay and the very next day Kiacare followed me up with the complaint and said it has been now forwarded to the dealership and is it okay with me to close the ticket. Kiacare was so eager to close the ticket asap but not address the issue.
Few days later, I got a call from our dealership VST Motors, Salem and they said, my name has been listed out and promised for the March month delivery. But until now there were no calls from the dealership end. So I had called them up on 20th March only to upset myself learning that the Car has not been billed in the company. When asked for an explanation, I am getting the same old replies saying Production delay, Chip issues, this and that.
When Production is not to the mark, why dealership has to take bookings and upset customers?
I see so many ads from Kia about the launch of new cars, I am happy about it but what is the point in doing so when previous released models are not being produced when there is already is demand. I would suggest Kia India to take a Bite which they can.
I can give one more chance to KiaIndia to fulfill my dream even after hurting myself for 7 months.
Please let me know when I will get my car, if that is not possible, KiaIndia can suggest me for an alternate brand
