Hyundai Motor India — not happy with vishal hyundai cust service response

Received msg hyundai free car care clinic from vishal hyundai in panvel. I contacted them to get an appointment for the same they denied stating that last time i took appointment but did the servicing from sharayu hyundai in jui nagar. I had some work near jui nagar so for my own convenience i did it from sharayu to save my time.
If this service is not applicable for me from vishal hyundai then why they are sending text msg for the free car care clininc.
