Hyundai Motor India — Not providing standard accessories but charging for same | |||
I had bought I20 active on April of 2015. Upon delivery i was not provided with mud flaps as part of standard accessories, but the same was charged in bill. Upon inquiry, i was told they don't have stock. Till today upon 10-15 calls still they haven't provided with the mud flaps. Upon visiting the show room today without even checking the manager has the audacity to tell they have refunded the amount charged for the standard accessory kit. When i objected the same as nothing has been refunded to be, the manager spoke in irresponsibly, rudely and told only after checking what i am telling is true they will give mud flaps, meaning we are bunch of free loaders asking them for free accessories. Without even checking the manger as the audacity to tell they have refunded the amount, but when we say nothing has been refunded, they have to check the details, give me a break.
