[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Not received refund amount. | |||||
I went lucky hyundai showroom vijayawada on 16/05/2017 night 8:30pm and given advance 5000/- cash with out finalizing model and color and they have not given any cash receipt and they didn't told that this money will not come back. Unfortunately drop to go for vehicle and planning invest on site (Place) same night. Same i informed to hyundai executive next day morning 17/05/2017 at 10am. Now my 5000/- they are not giving back. How can i proceed for this issue. Please help me. How will take my money with out serving any thing on me. I called them no. Of times but no use. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I given 5000/- cash advance, with in 24 Hrs. i canceled without generating bill, now they are returning 2000/- cheque only. If I ask pending amount 3000/-, their are telling, not possible to give back 3000/-.before taking money they should explain, It was not happened and they are not provided any service for 3000/- . how they will cut my 3000/- ?.I'm Requesting you to Please give back my amount 3000/- also. | |||||
