Hyundai Motor India — Not satisfied with service having same complaints

My i20 met an accident given to sukrith in madurai responsible to justin customer care manager and took delivery on October last week paid 2.75 lakhs for repairs works but still there is 6 complaints remains till the day I had complained and visited many times but there is no response from them no rectification.can you help me
