Hyundai Motor India — old model car provided to me instead of latest one. | |||
Dear team, It is very disappointed that i purchased car from you or hyundai. I purchased my i20 active s model on 21st september 2017 from sadarjang hyundai udhog vihar gurgaon, in this car i did not get touch screen. Today on 18th of december 2017 i came back to showroom again for taking the delivery of elite i20 of my brother in law here i checked again i20 active s model and i surprised to see that now this model has touch screen. It was really disappointed for me that i paid same price but i did not get touch screen. I was cheated by the hyundai dealer or hyundai. Earlier i faced the issue of staff negligence. I am also thinking that the dealer have given me the same car which was available in showroom on display but i told him to order a new car because as per him the next car apart from display car is not available with him.
