Hyundai Motor India — one tyre damaged(grand i10 sportz 1.2), still car is in warranty

I have got damaged one tyre of my car, Model : Grand i10 Sportz 1.2. Car is still in warranty period. I have spoke to customer care and they suggest me to visit workshop for this issue. Kindly replace my vehicle tyre (GOOD YEAR). Please find below details.
