Hyundai Motor India — Overcharged for service and spare parts given almost 1 lakh from last 1 year for service | |||||
My complaint regarding dee emm hyundai sector 14 gurgaon I have always suspected that authorized service centres are engineered to rip off customers and my last 1 year experiences just proved that . They overcharge for their own parts and their service charges have no logical foundations whatsoever. Its a black box. My car ac was not working fine and I have given for service for the same issue twice in last 6 month last time they charges around 19k, and this time charges me for the same issue 21k just for servicing and ac checking. My car is just 1 year old and I have spend money almost 1lakh for just servicing. They are kind of lootera people pls do not go for service there not even nuy Hyundai car. I will go to the consumer court also for this issue. PLS CONTACT FOR JUSTICE AS I AM NOT VERY RICH PERSON TO PAY THIS MUCH AMOUNT AND THEY ARE CHOR PEOPLE.
