I have registered a complaint with Hyundai about the paint peeling off. They didn't even respond to my emails. I have share all the pictures with them. They have missed few layers of painting because of which the the painting is coming off when we are just cleaning the car with water. This is a manufacturing defect.
I directly went to showroom to get this resolved. Initially over the calls they accepted to do a full body painting. Now they are saying that only affected parts(5 panels) will be painted and they are asking me to raise a complaint again when the other parts paint start peeling off. I am not sure why they don't want to repaint other parts. How does it look if only 70% of the body is painted new leaving the other portion as it is. They are asking me to pay some extra 35k if I have get it painted full. They are not compensating me for the trouble that I am facing without having my vehicle for more than 2 weeks.
1. Why did I get a defective item?
2. Why are they not ready for a full body painting?
3. Why should I suffer and give them the car for 10-15 days for painting?
4. If I have to re-sale the car one would think why this was repainted and will not come forward to buy my car.
I have raised an email complaint to [protected]@hmil.net and there is not even a single response from them from the last 1 year.
