I have already registered my complaint on various portal regarding your service center.
I have been harping on the same topic again and again and spoke to various people including Vidhya Shankar from Hyundai- but they were not able to resolve my issue.
Hence has been escalating and trying my best to speak to Mr Garg from Hyundai and wants to highlight certain issues which I have faced and are revolving around some people dealing badly and inappropriate ly with customer service and fooling them.
In regards to below complaint let me elaborate again.
My vehicle is 10 years old and I do agree with mechanical faults but why are they happening at your end. Please read below the various incidents which has happened at ONLY your service center.
I was a loyal customer and hence came back again and again to sapphire.
First incident
Car was sent for a service, which was done and it was sent back to me without cleaning.

THIS IS A SHAME- EVEN A ROADSIDE MECHANIC CLEANS WITH A NORMAL CLOTH.
Though when I highlighted it was immediately taken back and cleaned properly. Appreciated faults does happens.
Second incident
Car was sent for due service and it was checked that the radiator rest is broken which was replaced and rest whatever check was to be done was done and car was delivered back to me.
Horn stopped working that evening, when called up they said that it needs to be changed as it faulty. Appreciated car was sent back and changed and I paid for it.
Third Incident
Car was sent for due service and they checked and told me that there were some shoe break, oil etc need to be changed after checking and it was changed I paid for it.
Car was delivered back to me.
I Have repeated that I do not drive daily. Hence it was parked in my society.
After next driving I noticed that meter is on and off.
Issue was highlighted and they took back for checking.
You know what they told me- meter is tempered and has mechanical fault. The LED is gone. How will a meter be working sometimes if led is faulty.
I told them that its never been showed outside for such work. But even Vidhya Shankar said it was tempered as feedback given by sapphire.
AND I TWEETED AND COMPLAINED WHICH IS STILL UNRESOLVED.

Fourth Incident
After speaking and insisting of Mr Vidhya Shankar my car was sent to Triumph Hyundai where it was checked again and they told that some cluster meter has issue.
And METER WAS NEVER TEMPERED.
Guys they is an issue at your service center either you are short of staff, or trainees attending or apprentices are doing the job.
Hence I am sure they are tempering cars and doing it to make the customer visit and pay them again and again.
I do not have a trust now.
Repeat issues at ONLY your service center and after that you give complimentary washing coupons or discounts.
