Hyundai Motor India — Pathetic hyundai - delivery experience | |||
Dear Concerned Greetings of the day from one of your dissatisfied & disappointed customer !! I like to share my experience of Hyundai showroom while getting delivery of my dream car from renowned Hyundai Show room M/s Hindustan Hyundai M I Road Jaipur, experience which really shattered my dream of owning Hyundai Car . As per my continuous previous discussion with Mr Satveer (Sales Consultant) regarding delivery timing of Hyundai Xcent CRDi, I reached Hindustan Hyundai @9:30 am on Monday 02/Nov/2015, to get delivery at 10:05 am as per advise from my Guru which was discussed in detail with Sales consultant since beginning for which Satveer confirmed that "we make delivery as per customer request" But arrogant staff behavior at Hindustan Hyundai welcomed me & my family as Mr Satveer was on leave & as per discussion with him, he confirmed on phone that Mr Amit or Mr Pankaj will take care of my car delivery as per Muhurat timing, when me & my Father inquired about same with person on reception, he asked us to move away from reception & asked us to talk to Mr Satveer as per him we should follow up with Mr Satveer only as we have handed over payment to Satveer ("Subah subah aap reception se hatiye, apne payment Satveer ko diya tha isliye usse baat kare"), he treated me & my family as beggars, also like to clear that we have already cleared all dues in advance through Cheque & cash ...What an experience !! When we followed up, Mr Prakash came at 9:50 am & asked us that are we here for car delivery, when we confirmed he said I will make delivery in next 10 minutes, he arranged car for us in time but when he handed over car to us it was full of dust, ribbons, accessories other things which are quite common during car delivery were added like customary things with attitude like everyone is doing some kind of favor or"Ehsaan" on us ... Our nightmare was not over only till delivery, at the time of delivery we asked weather it has required diesel to reach the closest fuel station on which Mr Prakash confirmed that car has at least 4-5 ltrs Diesel & we can get it filled from nearby fuel station & get another 5 ltrs amount reimbursed from them later on .. When we started car its ignition got off after reaching half kilometre, me & my brother had to push our new car to reach nearest fuel station ... Dear Concerned, I like to know is this the delivery system which is followed by Hyundai all across India or is it specific with me ?? Is it the policy of Hyundai to treat customer like Beggars ?? Are you convinced with the idea that if customer has made advance payment than he should be harassed or he is entitled for ill treatment in front of his family & other customers ??? I really like to understand is this the standard procedure of Hyundai to deliver dream car to customers ??? My complete dream of owning a Hyundai car has been broken so badly by delivery experience of Hindustan Hyundai that now I don't want to drive my own car as that car has turned like a symbol of Harassment & insult for me ... I will share my this experience on Social media & public platforms as I don't want anyone to be treated like this while going for delivery of their dream car ... Shame on part of Hyundai & Hindustan Hyundai !! Disgusting Hindustan Hyundai as staff of Hindustan Hyundai is from Jaipur only, city which is synonym with guest treatment !! I think they have lost contact with their Jaipur roots ... If any Hyundai official feels that I am wrong than please let me know on my mail or contact number :[protected]...
