My name is Rohit Drall and I'm the owner of Elite i20, I want to draw your attention to the problems I face in getting delivery of my vehicle.
On 25th November I dropped my vehicle to the hyundai workshop which is located on the below mentioned address:

As I mentioned that I dropped my i20 on 25th november and I was told that we'll check and try to deliver your vehicle as soon as possible, but those are only words from them. In reality I didn't receive my car back. When I chased them about the same, I only came to know that "some parts are not available in the workshop as well as all over India '' and also according to them, those remaining parts won't be available till January.
It's been 11 days since I dropped my vehicle and still they don't have the required parts.
I mean what kind of after sales service is this?
Is this your regular behaviour towards your loyal customers?
If I still don't get any assurance then I'm definitely going to escalate it further until I get the satisfactory reason for this much delay and the assurity to deliver my car on time.
