Hyundai Motor India — pending refund of booking amount paid to shreenath motors pvt ltd chembeu

I have paid rs25000=00 as booking amount for creta car to shreenath motors pvt ltd, chembur mumbai against which receipt no. Pr[protected] dated.06.07.2015 and customer id:c[protected] was issued.
Since i have cancel my booking with the dealer thru email, but they refused to refund the booking amount.

Kindly instruct your dealer to refund the amount.
