Hyundai Motor India — Poor Customer Service

Please refer My Vehicle No KL 19 G 1529

My Creta Car Free Third Free Service availed on 15 Mar 2017.

But the Dealer not did do it properly. I felt following drawbacks after servicing.

(a) No improvement in Engine performance.

(b) Up normal Engine Noise.

(c) No smoothness while changing the Gear.

(d) Feels that Wheel alignment not done correctly.

(e) Interior cleaning and Glass Cleaning is also not done.

I have already registered a complaint through vide SR Acknowledgement:[protected]. After that one of Representatives called me and offered that they would check the defects and rectified without delay..

Now I lost trust in that dealer because I faced the same problem in F2nd Free service also. So I request you to coordinate with another dealer to check whether the Third Free service was properly done.
