I made a complaint to HMP chennai on the poor mileage of my car i10 ( 2014 registration ), last week. The mileage comes to a meagre 7 kms/litre. HMP advised me to full the tank with petrol at my cost approx. Rs. 3000 and then bring it, so that their technician will drive my car, consuming the full petrol & check the mileage. Is this the way you do business ? Is this justified ? Why i should spend Rs. 3000 when the 2nd & 3rd free services are still available for me ? I therefore request you to check the vehicle for poor mileage, at your costs & do the needful urgently. thanks & regards sridhar chennai [protected]
