Hyundai Motor India — Poor response hyundai | |||||
Took delivery of a a crete petrol auto on 21 Jan 17, engine number G4Fggu940362. first servicing done 10 Feb. front right side tyre getting deflated. 15 Feb checked from a tyre dealer. and found no puncture, valve also in order. for confirmation, inflated tyre left overnight for observation. on 16 Feb, morning, tyre again found deflated. inflated again and inspected. again found no puncture . immediately took the car to hyundai service centre . service centre extremely prompt and went through inspection and found there was no puncture and the valve also in order. I was told that I can once again observe overnight. also informed that report has been initiated and that the concerned tyre dealer( with whom Hyundai has tie up, I suppose), will come and check/replace the tyre at my location. But here I am on 17 Feb evening with no help from the company. While Trident automobiles, Narayanpur, KR Puram, bangalore have been extremely responsive, Hyundai has left me in the lurch for the tyre problem and here I am left immobile with a new creta because of the indifference of Hyundai.
