Hyundai Motor India — poor service and less quality of parts | |||
Hello, I have purchased hyundai grand i10 2.5years ago. I was facing problem in jumpers and steering adjustments as it was making so much noise. During warranty period, i had asked about it in service station, but they were refusing to accept the fault and said "esi awaaz to sab me aati hai." Now, when my warranty period is over, they are saying to replace the jumpers & steering rank which costs almost 15000 During this 2.5 years, i have droven my car for just 11000 kms. If they have serviced the car and solved the problem on time, i will not have to face such problems. But due to warranty, they refused to repair the problem.
