Hyundai Motor India — poor service and misplacing car belonging | |||
This is to bring to your notice the mental agony i suffered on 16 aug 2018 after taking my hyundai grand i10 dl8can 9898 for service to hemkund hyundai 1. Firstly the customer waiting lounge ac was not working causing all the customer to sweat out there and only one wall fan was there which was place on one side of wall. 2. Service was not done up to my satisfaction. My car was not clean it had spots of dirt even after washing. 3. When i asked my service advisor that there are marks, some light scratches which should have been removed he told me those can only be removed through rubbing and not by washing. 4. Delivery of my car after service was done at back of the service station where there was lot of mud which even made my shoes dirty. 5. Feedback form was given to me before the delivery of my car after servicing. 6. When i reached my home i realized my personal 3d floor mats were missing and i immediately called my service advisor and he told me to check in car itself which was not there. I immediately went back to service station an when i called my service advisor i was told he was away on lunch where as i had been sitting hungry from 9 am till 12:00 pm and then i came back again and was made to sit till 2 pm. 7. Service manager kept on checking but couldn’t locate where the mat went and when they checked with the washing team they realized it was sent to some different car instead of placing it back in my car. I was given an option of taking money in lieu of my mat so i accepted 1200 rs and gave them option of returning this money once they find my matt and get it delivered at my home as i wouldn’t have liked the money to be deducted from poor washing guys. 8. If misplacing the matt was not enough i had one hard brush in my car which i saw later had his handle missing also the tyre valve caps were missing, could have happened during wheel balancing and alignment. All this episode has left such a bad impression in my mind that i really need to think again if i should go again to any of hyundai showroom if i do make sure i empty all my personal belonging even the mats. I suffered so much that i was upset mentally later all day and with so much stress and bp also shot up. Was this information helpful? | |||
