Hyundai Motor India — poor service response

I had given my car in service after i service i noticed some kind of different voice in my cars engine as after consulting services centre thay informed me thay my cars panle has been damaged as thay also forced me to use my insurance policy as i know thay had damaged my car during service as now blaming on me. As i need my car very urgently every day. Even when i complained service manager if that show room he also doesn't gave me any response. If my problem is not resolved i my approach more higher authoritys please kindly look in to my matter as quickly as possible.
