[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Poor service support from hyundai central head office | |||
all the customer care no.'s, the website to to register complaints by hyundai are farce. No desired informtion is ever delivered at call centre no. u cannot register complaints on website either, as it will constantly show nonspecific error which u cannot correct ( ways to keep complaints minimal). company doesnt listen against it dealer and has given freehand to dealers to loot and harass the costumers. i bought a i10. power 1100cc. the moment u start AC, the car starts gasping, very poor power...event a 800cc car can perform better. Do they really deliver a 1100cc engine. Dealer shows u a excel sheet, kind of one u can make at home & print while discussing cost of vehicle at time of purchase. its hgly inflated. u can be duped in tunes of 40000 bugs by these dealers and the company is not aware!!! i friend of mine bought a magna version paying less than what i sheled out for era ( can u believe this). I am not aware if an company make a remote central lock wth one remote only but Surjeet hyundai at Bhopal, not only managed one but also charged 2500 for the same. Think twice before buying a yundai car, u have option plenty in market nw. Happy diwali shopping Was this information helpful? | |||
