Hyundai Motor India — poor servicing from sales staff in hisar hyundai | |||
Hi, I wanted to buy a new xcent sx from hisar, in impression that i ll good service and after sale service. I have started getting calls to buy the car, then i brought the same and i have got no after sales solutions. They committed me that invoicing will be done at two days after purchase, it took 14 days to get the invoicing completed, then i have asked for my rc and number plate update, i have submitted the documents as and when required still i have not got any update on the number plate received in the showroom or not. I have to call and ask for every update, their sales staff has stopped picking my calls and reverting. I have got the car number by 17/10/2017, its been more than a month i have been asking for update on number plate. { receipt no. : hr20d[protected]} { rc : hr20ak0775}. I am really unhappy with the service support. I will not recommend hyundai to any of my known now. I am ready to take this matter to social media also if i dnt get any update.
