Pathetic sales service faced during buying of new car grand i10 neos. The dealer is only interested in sale of car, To hell with customer satisfaction & delight. They guys fools the consumer by assuring about ready delivery and took 7 days time to give delivery.. Also sales manager was not aware about the which parts included in warrenty or not they were just switching responsibility between sales and service dept.. They don't care about consumer timing and imotions with newly buying vehicle.. Once you booked the car then behaviour was changed totally..
