Dear sir,
This has with above references, please note that we have booked “New creta 1.5 EX MT VTVT 2020 polar white” with PEEYESYEM MOTORS LLP, Madurai and paid Advance amount of Rs.1, 00, 000/- by cash on 17/09/2020 (Ref:2) against their Proforma Invoice, dt: 12/09/2020 (Ref :1)
We have paid the Advance by cash Rs.1, 00, 000/- to your dealer through their Representative Subsequently, Mr.S.Muthukumar, Manager of your dealer, has confirmed the “Allotment Letter” to our Banker – YES Bank Ltd, vide their letter dt:29/09/2020 (Ref:3).
Mr.S.Muthukumar has sent “Cancelled cheque” and their Bank Account detail to our Banker (YES Bank Ltd) and received the Allotted Loan Amount of Rs.9, 80, 000/-
After getting Rs.1, 00, 000/- Advance by cash and our Allotted Loan Amount of Rs.9, 80, 000/-from our banker, your dealer has informed me that the price has been increased for the model “New creta 1.5 EX MT VTVT 2020 polar white” and they have given me a “Price Revision Letter” on 08/10/2020 (Ref:5)
It is highly disappointed to me that your dealer has received the Total Amount of 10, 80, 000/- from my side (Above 90% of the total cost of the car) and now they have informed me the price revision which is not at all acceptable.
I went to the dealer show room on 08/10/2020, (Thursday) and had a meeting with and they have not treated me in the right way also.
They have forced me to go for “Lower End Car” after getting more than 90% payment of the total cost of the Car.
Kindly intervene in to this matter and get me the car what I have booked – “New creta 1.5 EX MT VTVT 2020 polar white” for which I have paid the Amount of Rs 10, 80, 000/- as on today
Thanking you
Your Sincerely

Customer Service,
Hyundai India
Dear Sir,
I booked my Creta SX IVT petrol model on 19th Sept 2020 with the promise that I will get delivery 100% on 25th Oct 2020 from dealer Sai Hyundai, Borivali (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. On this basis I quickly sold my old Hyundai Verna car and paid total down payment of 7.6L and My loan also got disbursed from bank 10L on 26th Sept. Now dealer is not entertaining me and telling that car is still in production and he cant predict delivery. I feel cheated from Hyundai. Totally false commitment from Hyundai. I never expected this from Hyundai. Sorry but this is how the maximum orders are taken from dealers. I request please control on your dealers from doing false commitments. I already paid my two EMIs still no car.
