I had booked a creta ex petrol on 4th Aug 2020 for which delivery was promised on 20th Aug 2020. After booking, they told me that the requested variant is not manufactured by the company as of now and they wont be able to deliver it on time. I said, ok. No problem. Please arrange the vehicle asap. They didn't inform me about the resume of manufacturing and that I got to know from another dealership. Now, today when I reached there and asked to deliver my vehicle, they told me that the cost of vehicle has been increased by Rs. 90000 (approx-on road) and I had to ask for refund. I had been asking them for getting my vehicle on the basis of old quote but they didn't agree. Dealership details: AKC hyundai, Shahjahanpur (U.P.).

    Hi team,
    we have recently purchased the new model of creta 1.6 vtvt auto sx 2019 from one of your dealers (Ishanya hyundai) located on satara road in pune, maharashtra, india.
    Hereby would like to bring to your notice the below mentioned issues that i have been facing since day one within a span of last six months. When contacted with local support, was informed that the issues are production errors and cannot be resolved. I have opted for this suv not only for its features and looks but also for the brand which endorsed it. Brand hyundai.
    Please find below the issues mentioned automatic transmission needs to be raised. (While gear using on automatic mode when overtaking the suv accelerate (Races) however the distance is not covered car feels like ceased it is risking the lives of passengers, when informed this to the service people they replied as to use the suv in manual mode while overtaking. Which is a risk and who should be held responsible for any kind of financial or physical losses) suspension compared to other suv's creta lies way back in this category giving a feel of local suv's, as on speed breakers and in potholes the vehicle tends to rise up in air for a while and then lands which is again unusual when compared with other suv's of your competitors. Infotainment (Avn) system used in new creta is not user friendly (After restarting the vehicle the mode of the system changes to default as media&map combination screen which is a pain while using map on long drives after short duration halts. Also the option of shuffle in media which goes to default after changing the folder of play list or after restarting the vehicle. Also would suggest you to provide with a remote control for the avn which could be useful for everyone excluding the driver while on family trips. Same was informed to the service people who in return told me to use the app for same however again your app comes with very few options as it helps only in volume adjustment, play next song & previews song. It's not showing up play lists or else options.) also navigation system is not updated lot of time it shows wrong directions. Consider this as a prompt feedback from a fan of brand hyundai who believed in it and feel fooled after the purchase when compared to what i got for what i paid.

      Hi, i am amit jain, belongs to middle class family my mobile number is [protected], i bought your car as my first and only car due to reputation of hyundai, which is such a big company. Remain loyal to company since i bought my car, never gone outside for any thing, always went to hyundai autorised service center for service/insurance or any thing since the time i bought car. My car got accident and i given my car hyundai i 10 no pb08bq0414 for accidental repair at your authorized service center goyal hyundai located at kapurthala road jalandhar since 04/09/2020.
      Vin no is 63564. Which they confirmed me to give by 15 sep 2020.
      I am following on regular basis and visit the center 3-4 time, every time they use to make excuse that parts not received. You will get your car in 3-4 days. I doubt hyundai donot have spare parts?

      Till now i have not received my car, i have just made a call to them before putting this mail, they were not in postion to give status of my car
      I am suffering alot as i have ot use 2 wheelar for my aged parents in such a difficult situation of covid 20.
      Please help me to get my car repaired and i start using it again.

        I gave my grand i10 car for servicing at advaith hyundai, bannerghatta road, bangalore on 03.10.2020.
        They committed me that they will deliver my vehicle next day by evening i. E. 04.10.2020.
        My concern was engine malfunction symbol appearing in dashboard, “reset” and “mode” switch in steering is not lighting up when i switch on the lights.
        They told me that o2 sensor is not working hence it has to be replaced to rectify the engine malfunction light in dashboard. I said ok replace it and i gave rs.6000/- advance also for it.
        But next day i. E. 04.10.2020, service advisor told me that my car jerking a lot and to be checked. Hence, will not be able to deliver it. While giving the car for servicing, there was not jerking. I travelled 700+ km in previous sunday that too in highway with more than 100+km per hour speed. I didn’t feel any minimal jerking also. After lot of conversations with service advisor he told me that they needed one more day to rectify the problem. I needed to go to my native kerala on tuesday i. E. 06.10.2020 which is 450+ far from bangalore. Hence i told service advisor, you can take one more day but not definitely more than that. Monday they called me and told that it seems like i am using local petrol and oil hence engine might have problem. I said, i changed engine oil and filter a month back. I have put bosch’s filter.
        I use only shell petroleum premium. How come it became local petrol? Then he said, ok sir will check again and come back. Later in the evening he called me and said, he cannot deliver the vehicle as he was not able to find out what is the problem and moreover he said 1st and 2nd gear is lagging a lot.
        Now whatever i planned to visit my native got cancelled due to inefficiency of service station.
        I cancelled all my personal arrangements which caused me a lot of mental depression and financial loss.
        I asked final date to deliver my vehicle, then he confirmed that he can deliver on 07.10.2020.
        Next day on 06.10.2020, he said that my car ecm is short circuited. I need to pay rs.25000/- extra than estimate given for rs.17000/-. I said, do not do anything and give back my car as it is.
        They delivered my car on 07.10.2020 afternoon.

        I gave my car for service in good condition. Now my car ecm is damaged at service station and they are offering me emi options to replace it. Moreover they are telling that they cannot assure electrical wiring and anything can happen any time. Is this the way to communicate to customer? You people will damage my car and will give emi option to repair it? Please do not make fool out of customers.

            As i was traveling uphill with my family the car was not moving forward in 1st gear and only rpm was rising. Clutch became hard and something broke, fortunately a garage was nearby and the mechanic replaced the inside of clutch master cylinder with a metal thing.
            Really disappointed the car is made of plastics inside.. L will suggest others not to buy this plastic piece of # and buy mahindra bolero instead.
            Now the service centre at sikkim gangtok is saying they don't have slave cylinder and have to wait for 2 months.

              i have given my car for some work and i got it back after 38 days and even after that my car is not working properly and after that i went there are triumph motor hyundai they denied to do the work i asked them to i was there 2 whole days but no one listened to me .
              And how can hyundai win customer relation awards .the service triumph hyundai faridabad probided me was third class . I hope now my problem will be solved after i mail this to you guyz help me please my car is only 1 year old 10 thousand kms driven only

                Two of my Hyundai Cars i10 (2 years old) and i20 (10 years old) got half submerged in water while kept in basement apartment parking due to heavy rains.

                After the rain, we towed both the vehicles to the nearest service center.

                I purchased Hyundai cars ignoring other brands. However all other brand vehicles which got similar rain issues are all getting repaired and coming back without much damages.

                Is there a general guideline from Hyundai that we should replace specific parts no matter whether it is damaged or not in such case?

                Appreciate if Hyundai pitches in and provide the comments here.

                  Hello sir,
                  As I booked all new creta 2020 Ex petrol varient in white colour at your concept hyundai dealer at Vasna, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 12/08/20. I gave rs. 21000/- booking amount cheque on that day, which was cleared very next day. At the time of booking the manager told me that he will try his best to deliver my vehicle as soon as possible. Though he mentioned overall waiting period is 2-6 mnths. He was not clear at the time of booking for what time it will exactly take. Although I booked the car n whenever I get in touch with him or sales person they didn't clearly give the approximate time for my booked car to delever.
                  Today evening I got a call, at the time he is asking me to give extra money for price hike from manufacturer. When I booked the car at a fix rate before two months n waited for same. How can they ask me for a price hike...? Please help me to short out this matter as early as possible.

                  2) you can mail to [email protected] n raise complaint about waiting. Attache the deposit receipt of your booking.
                  3) You can try from another district by making another booking. Or you can contact any broker who can arrange the same for you.
                  N last one 4) you can go for Kia Seltos/Sonet... As per your requirement.
                  Hope you will get your dream car asap... Good luck.

                    Hi Team, I have i10 grand from last close to 5 years now. I have take it from Kundan Cars Pvt Ltd thrmax chowk at the back of Bajaj company Pune at 22nd Oct. 2015.

                    I have given my car for service with one part replacement under Insurance dated at 1st Oct. 2020 I was taken care Insurance part and verification done at very next day 2nd Oct 2020. still I have not get the part replaced up till now.

                    as per discussed with service adviser it took hardly 2 hrs to get replace but still not sure why it takes 3 days and still not sure how much more it takes.

                    Request you to kindly check it ASAP and help me to get my car ready as it is very bad experience I am facing now.

                        I, A. Sujatha booked Venue 1.0, SX(O), imt petrol, deep forest colour in August at KUN UNITED MOTORS in KURNOOL., Andhra Pradesh.

                        Till now i didn't get booked Car. Manager is saying that Chennai branch is not giving allocations to them. I waited for two months and disappointed now. Manger saying that it will take one or two months from now because of Chennai branch is not giving allocations. They are not clear till now. So please help me to get booked car as early as possible. Otherwise I go for another option. Because I don't want to waste my time.
                        I also paid advance on August 19th, 2020.If problem is not solvable then help me in getting my advance .

                          I have purchased a new I20sportz plus from Kerala varkala Popular Branch.When I remove the seat for laying vinyl floor, found that the wiring quality inside the car is very poor.i haven’t expect this from a international brand although it’s joint are made local insulation tapes with different color...at least they can make a uniform color Tape with quality one to maintaining its price ...flexible conduits are cut in to pieces for jointing without using any proper connector. This will leads to the loose contacts and short circuits etc...

                            4. I have repair and purchased both master and clutch cylinder ( new ) on dated 17 june 2020 but it was not working from monday why ?

                            5. I have given my car to krishna hyundai, jorhat, 785001 for reparing but dealer told me that it will be taken 1 to 2 months for repairing.

                            6. Please see the matter and take immediate action as soon as possible.

                              I am having Creta petrol Car. I have complaint about my car A.C. Once its repaired by Secure Hyundai. A.C. Thermostat replaced by Secure Hyundai. After complaint after 6 days its replaced. Same problem with my car battery.
                              Yesterday I was coming back to my home town and my car A.C. was not working. Again same problem was there.
                              I called to Mr. Ronit for my car problem. Actually I called him 4-5 times, It was my mistake and when he take my call, I said very sorry sir if you disturbed by my called between your talking.
                              But He was anger on me, he was teaching me about common sense. Sir, I am 57 years and he was teaching me for common sense. He told me at the first time when I was made complaint to the company directly. And at that time he told me call to him directly. Don't mailt to company. This is 3rd time happened. 1st times was battery problem, 2nd time AC problem and 3rd time also again AC problem, If your company's representative will talk roughly, than where I can complaint ? I dislike Mr. Ronit's behavior. And he told me to call me back, but he dosen't still.
                              I think I have made great mistake to buy CRETA Car. And I think another mistake to service & repair my Creta car at Secure Hyundai.
                              My two friends wish to buy Creta car but I have stop them and said don't buy CRETA, Take another brand car,
                              I will never go to Secure Hyundai Service Station now onwards.
                              What Mr. Ronit think in his mind ? Sir, You don't teach me about common sense. I know every thing very well.
                              With this behave you will loose your customer.
                              I really unhappy about his behave. Sir, I am telling to company peole that
                              Mr. Ronit told me don't complaint to direct company, and when I called him, He teach me about common sence.Sir, I am your customer for my CRETA car. and you told me if any problem call to you. And for my mistake I already told you sorry and after that also you teach me about commonsense. No problem Sir, I will never call you now.
                              And again I a will say that ITS MY GREAT MISTAKE TO BUY CRETA CAR.

                                  Model – verna next gen 2018 vehicle no.-up62bm0073 chassis no.- malc841dljm069007 (Vin no.) engine no: consumer to update complaint no.- 1-[protected] service center name and address - vanketesh hyundai, jaunpor problem details: i said that my car is under warranty as there was some engine related issue. I contacts the company's area manager (Mr. Dheeraj kumar) for the same, but he abused and reject the half engine replacement and told that that they can only provide the child parts replacement services but even after the service center request for the half engine replace, meet the area manager not responding. I contacts the company customer care but they also escalate the matter to the area manager only who misbehaves and ensured that no work will be done with my vehicle.
