Dear Sir, I Sandeep Sharma from Jaipur, I am already existing customer & I am maintaining 3 vehicle’s of Hyundai & purchase I-20 Active. I am very sorry so say that this time my purchase experience is very BAD as accepted from Roshan Motors, Hyundai, VKI area, Jaipur Following are the point which makes me to point out the gaps. 1. 1.- Sales executive not offered me for test drive; I think this very important task in car industry. 2. 2.- Insurance amount is Rrs 5000/- more than the market price & they are forcing me to do in-house insurance, which is very bad option. 3. 3.- Hygiene of the showroom is not up to the mark (mosquitoes, flies & table was not cleaned). 4. 4.-Rs. 2000/- more charged for RTO process but the rate of Registration + No. plate + RC This was the experience that I want to share with you.
