Hyundai Motor India — product quality & response from service center | |||
1) since i bought a car (17/10/2017), there was some issue with door noise/ fibre/ dashboard. I complain during my regular service as well send complain over email as well. But there was very poor response from service center as well case handlerfrom hyundai as well. Still issue is not resolved after 20000 km. 2) my service for 20000 is due & i booked the sevice 2days in advance & got confirmation as well. Still i am chasing with service center to pick up my car. 3) service call centre are uneducated & give poor response upon call.
