Dear Sir,
This is to bring your notice that I had purchased a xcent(p) 6 months ago and at the time of purchase they advised me and convenced me to buy insurance from Hyundai portal to get cashless facility across the country at Hyundai showroom but today when I reached "Geeta Hyundai Faizabad U.P.", they refused me to provide cashless facility which was promised me at the time purchase, and ask me to deposits 20, 000/- first and only then they can serve me.
I had also register my complain on customer care wide complaint no[protected] and also contact regional office of Rajasthan and inform them about the issue but still no any positive response received .
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest .

There is no much difference between you and the Hyundai dealer, This is my 4th followup, till now i have not received any proper response from your end. Do let me know will I be receiving my refund or not?
