Hyundai Motor India — rattling noise issue in new creta reg.

My name is krishnan. K. I am from bangalore. I have purchased hyundai creta two months back, from your dealer himavasini hyundai, hosur. The vehicle is high end model, creta sx (O) executive, diesel. The colour is passion orange. The car’s registration number is ka 51 mn 0142.

After a month’s usage a very disturbing and annoying rattling noice started coming from the left side front door/ chamber. It is continuous and i feel very awkward as the car such a new one and high end model, highly priced.

I have reported this problem to your dealer in kudlu gate, banaglore, ms. Trident hyundai and gave the car for service. After service they delivered the car back. For a day or two, there was no noice and after that the noice issue resumed back, this time more serious.

Again during july first week, i gave the car for service to the same dealer, trident, to rectify the issue. After opening the front door panel left they checked and told me to wait for two days and there was technician from hyundai coming to there service place to identify and rectify the issue. The next day evening they informed that the service person inspected the car thoroughly and rectified the issue in some a/c went etc anf the told me that the issue was resolved.

After the delivery, for a week or 10 days, there was no sound and the vehicle was smooth. Unfortunately, after a week’s time, the noice issue started again and this time it is non-stop and very bad.

It is quite unfortunate that such a high end and highly priced car from hyundai is giving such noice and your service personnel are not able to rectify the problem for two months and till date.

I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide appropriate service solution asap.
