Dear hyundai,
This email i'm writing to you on account o[censored]nsatisfactory repair work, service & overall unpleasant experience with panki workshop, khanna hyundai, kanpur, for my wife's car pb35p 0465, which i had given to them for repair & servicing.
Firstly, they took hell lot of time, around a month. Agreed that insurance approval was involved but even after getting the approval on 04 july 19, i could get my car only on 18 july 19!!!
Secondly, the repair work done is unsatisfactory. The alignment was not done. (Their executive saying their printer wasnt working that day!!!). Denting work not done satisfactorily wih gap between the body on rear left side. Front number plate is broken during repair work.
Thirdly, the servicing wasnt done properly. When i went to pick up the car, it wasnt vaccum cleaned till then, i had to tell them to do it. One rivet under front bumper wasnt fit. Front bonnet wasnt cleaned properly and had mud stuck up.
Fourthly, on requesting them to pick up the car for these defect rectification. My car isnt being picked up. I dont have free time to devote on my car only, got other work to do also.
Fifthly, their executive dont pick up phone at times, dont stick true to their word. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is least expected.
Considering my above bad experience, i request you to either compensate me financially for my avoidable loss of time, money & energy on this isue. Or get these defects rectified by some other agency.
'no thanx' as of now.
Further, on 28th july, sunday, though they ve picked up my car for rectification of above defects and returned it, but on collecting the car i see that central lock is not working. Allso the door light in dashboard is on, even on closing all doors??
The driver who left the car acknowledged that this was noticed at the service centre. Iam amazed to think why it wasnot rectified there and how could my car develop new new problems on visiting khanna hyundai, panki, kanpur. Thhough theyve assured to get it rectified tomorrow but in the whole process im getting harassed as i cannot use my car it cannot be locked!!!

    I have booked for venue on 25th may 2019. Original waiting period said was 6 weeks.
    But delivery has not been made yet. And the worst part is that himavashini motors at hosur say that they can not give a date for delivery of vehicle even after two months of waiting. They advised me not to make full payment untill they give date.
    I only wonder if this is the good practice of hyundai or dealer.
    Customer s are kept at bay. As a customer i feel the delivery is mismanaged at the whims and fans of the dealer.

      The service centre servicers are not doing their work efficiently. The servicers are not speaking in a proper manner. I am a consumer of your product from 10 years. The reputation of the company may be lost due to the servicers. Servicers are not doing what we want and instead they take their own decisions. Hope you understand our problem and take a serious action.

        I have owned a hyundai santro car reg no-or-02-bb-5634 since[protected], recently on 09th june-2019 i had given the car to your utkal hyundai show room, pahala-bhubaneswar service center following some starting problem, causing disruption current flow/supply to the battery, charge down of battery even while running/ sound in back sock observers on even while running on plane roads / and normal check up. The vehicle was under the ownership of executive mr kajal @ [protected] with supervision of mr prafulla @ [protected].
        To my surprise the vehicle was kept for 13 days[protected] to[protected] as i have been reported that some starting coil was not available for replacement and the same is ordered. Finally i received the car on 22nd-june-19 - bill no - b[protected]/ro no - r[protected], and i have been assured that all the problems have been taken care of and starting problem has been resolved.
        Sorry to put a note that on 16th july 2019, i was again stocked of in the traffic due to starting problem, the same problem occurred again as i had to push my car to get started and reached home at one-go. When it stopped it never started again. On the same date i had called mr prafulla (Sr srvice inchage @ [protected]) at 15:13 and at 15:14, where in he has assured to send the staff to pick up the vehicle within half an hour as it was not starting. Again i had called mr prafulla @ 16.42 hrs as i was waiting for the vehicle to be sent to the service station till my last call on 19:13 when he did not pick my calls. And to my surprise i had never received a call back from your end, and even he did not respond to my calls on 17th july @ 13:25 and again at 15:12, and till date my vehicle is kept un attended (Attaching the call details for your ref)
        You are hereby requested to take up the matter properly as even after keeping my vehicle for about 13 days and assuring me that the starting problem has been resolved, how come i face the same problem within 01 month's time and even to the worst, your representatives are not responding to the calls.
        This is the worst experience after choosing hyundai for last 10 years, and i have no choice but to escalate the matter to your end to get proper justice.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had booked hyundai veneue sx on 04/07/2019 from your dealer popular hyundai, thrissur, kerala. While booking the showroom executive mrs. Soumya told to me that after receiving ex show room price they will be able to deliver the car immediately and everyday i had received calls from mrs. Soumya for paying the ex showroom price and i paid the ex-showroom price on 11/07/2019.

          I had raised the ex show room price by three ways

          1. Taken loan from bank

          2. My own fund

          3. Old car sold

          After reciving the payment mr soumya confirmed the payment and informed they can deliver the car with in one week or 10 days maximum and also we can aviod the price hike after 20th of this month.

          After the payment of the car she is avoiding the calls for ward the number of her manager mr. Jojo, when i contacted mr. Jojo and he also confimred the delivery of the carl will happend before 23 rd of this month. Now on 25th of july the latest update from the manager is that the car is not available for delivery and not in a position to tell a exat date of delivery moreover he also intimated to pay the revised price which i need to pay extra 20000 for kerala flood relief tax &as per the new price hike of hyndai. Iam also paying the interest of the vehicle loan without the car has delivered.

          I was really disappointed with the way things are moving around which things are currently treating in very unprofessional way. Through mail dealership confimd they dnt hav vehicle to delivery. Then what i the need to collect full amt from me..??? And the are ready to refund but i need to pay loan cancellation charges to bank, that will not be given by the dealership, i will again loss 3000 rs from my side..

          Expecting a quicker replay and much more professional approach.

              Morani hyundai jaipur extremely poor services, i went there for minor service, they suggested that u have zero dep insurance from tata, u will get extra claim as well, they manipulated the story claimed those things which was not required and their bill raised to more than 70-75 thousand rupees.
              They took 15 days to manipulate the things, they argued that insurance survivor has to oblised so u have to keep patience, when i denied then they said that they will manage through parts claim. Whole story was manipulated. No responsible person to take care of things.
              By such things hyundai brand is hampered kindly take care of dealers as well their staff.

                I have given rs. 21000 for the booking of hyundai venue, which had been done on the date[protected]. But due to gap of one month we had to cancel the booking. According to the terms and conditions the hyundai is bound to pay within 15 days. But the head of the riddhi hyundai bikaner named amit tak has been dodging me since 2 months. Everytime i call him for the process he says that it would be done in few days and keep expanding the date. Also as per there new hyundai policy i was entitled to hundred percent of the advance in the event of cancellation. Please handle the issue and make them pay me ASAP.

                  This is about hyundai showroom with name 'bohra vehicles pvt. Ltd.' on neelam bata road faridabad haryana.

                  I went to purchase an old car due to my financial condition and booked chevrolet beat no. Hr 29ah7028 on 21 july 2019. They charged me 21000 but the next i went for cancellation of booking as this car does not have services in india.

                  Now they are charging 5000 rupees from the cancellation charges and now till date 25 july 2019 also they have not refunded my money.

                  For new cars they are charging 3000 only and for old cars by which conditions i don't know they are charging 5000.

                  I think they are destroying the brand name of hyundai also.

                  Even when i communicated with general manager of showroom he said go wherever you want to complain please do it.

                  I don't want to buy any cars from hyundai in future also if they charged me 5000 this time. I had registered the complaint with pm modi connect app reference no. Is pmopg/e/2019/0415985

                  Also complaint with hyundai motor complaint forum whose reference no. Is 1-[protected].

                  I hope this portal will help me out to get my booked amount back.

                    This is to inform you that the one of your regonised dealer ritu hyundai located at kalyan is not able to provide proper service to the customers.

                    This is not the first time i’m writing the complain to you regarding the dealer their has been multiple such incidents in past as well. We really have bad experience with the service center. The reputation of hyundai is at stake & i seriously regret to buy hyundai vehicle & will not suggest anyone of my friends & close ones to buy hyundai vehicles as the commitments of service can not be meet.

                    The charges & amount we pay but the service we get is pathetic.

                    Current incident :-
                    My vehicle i20 asta (Top model) had gone for service on 21st july 2019.
                    The vehicle was handed over to my driver post service saying service is done & everything has been checked & ok.
                    While driving back to home the trunk (Back of the car) was getting automatically opened.. Which was not happening any time prior to the service this happened post service only when the vehicle was tested & handed post trial test.

                    This is just 1 part of the complain & 1 such incident of this dealer their has been plenty as such in past as well.

                    Hyundai being one of the reputed companies i have no regret the reputation of company is at stake bcz of such dealers.

                    I knowww no action would be taken against the dealer as nothing has been done against them in past as well.
                    Il have to file the complain against hyundai as well in consumer court as i’m authorised by government of india to do so based on consumer law.

                      1. I am mr nawab ali khan paid advance of rs 21000 to sas hyund telibagh lucknow and booked venue car on 22/23 may 19.

                      2. The person who collected the amount through cheque mr adarsh promised delivery of car before eid i. E by 02/03 jun 19.

                      3. However he later intimated that car cant be delivered before eid so i requested for cancellation and refund of my money on 31 may 19.

                      4. Since then i have made number of calls to him and his superior mr mishra of sas hyundai but havent got the refund till date.

                      5. I am appalled at the unprofessional conduct of this agency which is also earning bad name for hyundai...

                      6. May i request you to kind indulgence in getting the money refunded.

                        Dear... Hyundai /oriental insurance team


                        Sir myself amit nayyar this is to inform you that i am totally harrased by yours services of both hyundai and oreintal insurance... My first and last experience was very bad that forced me to think upon taking legal action...
                        The brief matter is that as i met an accident and drop my car to the grover motors ldh to avail dapcap claim... As my car was there for 8 days for such a small issue this is also a bad service... When i reached on final date to recover my car,,, i was told to pay 12000 expenses for claim this was shocking as i have cover for claim... They narrated me story that your car is not under claim... Reason was that surveyor at grover ludhiana marked my car as no claim...
                        They handed my car on final date.. After taking rs 2500. Which was not justified and they also harrased me by spoiling my time for 6 hours to handed over the key of my car...
                        They also didnt droped us on mine location as all the big agencies have pick and drop facilities... This was humiliated action... So i request you to plz lookup this matter and resolve this and i want my 2500rs which was nt justified and both are faulty hyundai and oreintal insurance... Otherwise i will go for legal action for sure... I am sending you all the bills and policy of my car...

                          I have a creta have given to modi hyundai for my accidental claim on 14th july so i haven’t got any confirmation on my delivery of my car. The employee of modi showroom was suppose to handover the car on 22nd july but still they haven’t given my car and they are taking own good time for getting it delivered.                             Pathetic service by hyundai.
                            Ritu hyundai (Ritu automobiles pvt ltd) in kalyan, kongaon has cheated me.
                            I got the clutch plate and pressure plate of my hyundai elantra car changed on 19th july, 2019 and paid a bill of rs 61000
                            On 21st july just after two days of getting the clutch plate replaced my clutch plate/pressure plate burnt and the car stopped in the middle of the road and smoke started coming out of the car
                            I was withy family and we all got terrified with the incident
                            When i contacted ritu hyundai they refused to give service to me and told me to get the car towed myself to their service centre.
                            They said they wont replace my clutch and told me that i should pay for a new clutch plate and pressure plate again.
                            I talked to the manager mr manoj and even he did not show any concern in solving the problem
                            I want to file a case in the consumer court for which i needed the service record to which they refused to give me when i asked them.
                            I am highly dissapointed with the company.
                            Even after buying a car in their premium segment this is the kind of service you get.
                            Highly disappointed with the service.
                            I have 3 more cars which include a hyundai creta, scorpio, innova but i have never ever experienced such problem with service
                            I want an immediate action to be taken and my car to be fixed as early as possible.

                              I Have Booked My Venue Car 1.2 S Model On 12 June 2019. My Dealer Told Me Your Car Can Arrive On July 15, 2019. Till Date, My Car Not Be Arrived. I Have Contact With A Dealer Regarding This Matter. Now My Dealer Told Me That Hyundai Has Given Us To A Different Model They Have Not To Give Us 1.2 S Model Hyundai Gives 1.0 Model So You Have To Wait For 20 August 2019.

                              In This Case, I Have Tried To Call Your Customer Care And I Have To Tell Him Please You Can Be Called Me Some Higher Authority Who Can Solve My Problem. But No One Can Help Me. As Well As If Hyundai Doing This Mistake In One Of The Most Valuable Cars And They send different model this I did not accept it.

                              The Mistake Is Hyundai And Dealer Side So Why I Have To Suffer The Problem.

                              if someone can talk with me any higher authority about my problem then they give a solution. I have attached my booking receipt.

                                I had bought hyundai eon during february 2013 and it's eps system gone faulty w. E. F 21th july 2019. I have read the complaints and most of the problems in hyundai cars is its eps system. The company should work on it to solve the problem. I had enquired about the cost of eps from service center at kothari hyundai pune and they intimated that it's cost is around 19 thousand rupees.

                                  It has been more than 75days since i purchased my new hyundai i10. I have yet not got the rc. The temporary rc is valid only for 90 days, after which i cannot run the car on road legally. Tired talking to customer care and dealership. No one seems to have any idea about it. Initially, i was promised that the rc will be delivered in a month of purchase. It has been more than two months but no effect. I request for immediate action in this regard.

                                    I purchased a new car from das hyundai meerut and from the day first i was getting the complaint of clutch vibration in that car and when i reported this problem to dealership they replaced the certain parts and after that when i arrived from showroom along with my car i travelled few km away and i suddenly faced a new problem of clutch failure and i again reported on call about the problem and they people are saying now that we will again repair the clutch but why should i go again and again to dealership for this kayos i want hyundai india to deliver me new piece of my instead of making it repaired again and again so please look on this matter and help me out to solve this problem..
                                    I purchase Hyundai car 5 months ago I have car to services to Hyundai showroom on 29th of June but still I did get back car they are saying car is lost and we are not responsible for that ...kindly suggest me what I do They rudely behaved with us and saying we are not responsible for all that and go to police and do complain.. ...

                                        On 1st july 2018, my car got stopped moving in western express highway, i had no option but to tow it to nearest hyundai authorized service center - mithila service center.. It was there they sold me 4 services (Over 18 months) and charged me upfront rs 13, 794 + taxes. The first service on that day was ok.. When after 3/4 months i went for my second service, the service center was almost in a closure state and some how did some cleaning (They denied wheel alignment etc, which was part of the contract).. Since then i have been trying to reach them, but with no response. I am not sure whether they have closed down or not, but i have lost my money and satisfaction. While those folks are not available, i now request hyundai to refund me back my hard earned money. I had gone to mithila, only because it was the nearest "authorized" service center, and now that it is not their i want an equivalent service from a authorized service center of my choice or refund. I leave it to hyundai to decide with a clear time line, else i will have to go redressal cell - consumer court.. I have necessary documents and can share whenever you want
                                        The service quality of grand hyundai palakkad is very poor. The replaced thermostat is not proper. The ac stopped working during the rain making it extremely difficult to drive.
