On 1st july 2018, my car got stopped moving in western express highway, i had no option but to tow it to nearest hyundai authorized service center - mithila service center.. It was there they sold me 4 services (Over 18 months) and charged me upfront rs 13, 794 + taxes. The first service on that day was ok.. When after 3/4 months i went for my second service, the service center was almost in a closure state and some how did some cleaning...

My verna is 2012 diesel model. Actually the coolent pump got complaint. Oil and coolent got mixed. Its been now 3weeks in service centre. Now they are telling the engine got seized. It will cost atleast 100000 rupees for me. My complaint is that i didn't get any warning lights before the incidence which has caused me a huge cost. Iam a person who service the car in proper interval. Pleaae do the needful or atleast reduce the cost to 50%....

I have purchased new redme note 7 pro cell phone. Tried to connect to car blue tooth... It's connecting but sound is not audiable to the receiver i have called. I can hear the receover sound.

Earlier i used to use lenoveo note 5 and all are fine.

The car is good. But some necessary safety and convenient features are absent but loaded with unwanted features.

Unwanted features.
1. Average speed - who wants to know average speed? Nobody cares about it.
2. Engine run time - again, are we a joke to hyundai?

Wanted features.
1. Average kmpl - missing this feature but they have give average speed. They have those sensor but disabled feature....

After a bank loan, customer remitted the whole quotation amount to showroom account. But showroom manager/owner do not give delivery of vehicle to customer. He is now out of state and dont give proper reply. Showroom is almost shut now. Please give us delivery as soon as possible, other wise bank as well as customer lodge a police complaint against showroom and hyundai company. Please do needful as soon as possible....

I was getting a sign of engine fault so i visited the sawan hyundai, sewah panipat haryana. They checked the fault with so called tab software and shared that the error code of p12192 is coming due to battery issue as recently i have changed & fixed new exide battery which is as per stranded of 12v but 35ah instead of 40ah as i got in new car. I have booked for venue on 25th may 2019. Original waiting period said was 6 weeks.
But delivery has not been made yet. And the worst part is that himavashini motors at hosur say that they can not give a date for delivery of vehicle even after two months of waiting. They advised me not to make full payment untill they give date.

I have made a service request to hans hyundai, moti nagar, new delhi and the date and time of pickup for service was fixed was[protected]:00-8:30 am. The person who has to pick the vehicle had called me 3-4 time a day before the service just to locate the address. Then on next day the person for pickup had arrived at 10:30 am. I have clearly told them that i have to leave for my office at 9:30am.

I am extremely disappointed with the petrol service of the car.
It is giving a petrol service of 4 to 5 km per litre which is much less than what i
