Hyundai Motor India — refund of my booking amount remainder 1

I was book new car in planet automotive on[protected] at maninagar ahmedabad that time i was pay rs.10000/- for booking amount,

I have require car lone then i requested to planet pl. Provided to quotation for car lone but planet automotive not providing the quotation and he insist to me only axis bank, but i want lone from icici bank but hr was not agreed to me and not providing quotation, than i was cancel my booking,
Planet automotive was refund to me only 7000/-
I was cancel my booking only for planet probleme, because he was not providing quotation.

I requested to you pls. Refund to me balance amount.
