Hyundai Motor India — regarding bad service | |||
I am your recent customer bought hyundai i20 on 12 june. But from few days my horn is not working properly so i gave my service today on 2:30pm at kalol punjab hyundai service center. I heard about h promise and bought hyundai for better service but today i am very disappointing with service. Service center person gave 4:20 pm for complete check up and i called in service center on 4:30 but no response given by them after when i called they told me for change horn but horn is not available so i told him for deliver car at my door but after many fallow-ups they did not deliver my car and also told that we will arrange but you have to drop our person i agreed but till 6:30 after when i will going to center and call them to not deliver i come for take my car and they told that our person already gone with your car for deliver and when i reached at center car was still there.
