Hyundai Motor India — Regarding car accessory | |||
This is satvik kulshreshtha, owning i10 Magna. I have bought this car 2 years back. Last year in December, (december 08, 2014) i got problem with on of the accessory(curtains) which i have bought from morani hyundai dealer(sitabari, jaipur). Now its may, 2015 and i haven't got this accessory repaired yet.Your man "MR. JAYESH" has been taking care of this accessory section. My complain is regarding this guy! i am really pissed off from this guys attitude towards me. He is constantly giving me excuses since last december regarding repairing of this curtain. Due to unavailability of this curtain in my car, it looks ugly and nobody in this world wants his/her vehicle to look ugly especially interiors.. I am tired of calling him, sometimes i have to call him literally 20times and after that he picks up! As a customer this is extremely rude and disrespectful attitude that your guy has shown. It a request to take necessary action againt this case. Otherwise there is always an alternative and that will be from my side. Was this information helpful? | |||
