[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Regarding Gear Lock | |||
Dear Concern, I had purchased a Santro car on 30-April-2014 from Nimbus Hyundai, Noida. My gear lock is not working and I raised the complain for the same in the showroom several times. First time the executive in the showroom showed interest and sent me a mechanic from MINDA company. The mechanic told me that the lock is of crosslink company, not of Minda. Eventhough, he tried to repair the lock but he couldn't. He showed his helplessness and gave me the details of the crosslink executive named Sonu and said that the lock is non-repairable. Since, the lock is in warranty, Sonu will change it free of cost. But, this guy sonu is giving me excuses and spoilt my 3 days. This shows that the after sales service is very poor in Hyundai.
