Hyundai Motor India — regarding grand i10

I had bought I10 grand on 21 september 2014 and within just 4 months the tire rod is bend and they are telling it is bacause the car might have been banged forcefully but rather this problem occurred as I took my car out of parking. If this problem is not look upon properly I shall go to consumer forum and demand compensation for car along with time wasted.
