Hyundai Motor India — regarding hyundai verna fluidic faulty engine and steering

This is to bring to your kind notice that we bought hyundai verna fluidic 1.6 sx (O) in july 2013.
Hearing from relatives and friends we trusted this brand to invest a huge amount but in vain.
The product delivered to us was faulty.
It had some manufacturing defect in its engine and steering too and showed signs while the vehicle was still in warranty.
The car was consuming coolant more than the normal amount. Inspite of repeatedly telling the service personnel about the issue, it was never taken care of. All they said was "sir we've checked the vehicle for the mentioned issue by means of a machine and it's all normal. There's nothing to worry about". And in the mean time the vehicle got out of warranty and the problem still persisted. Then upon asking them again, they finally checked the problem in detail by disassembling the engine supposedly. It came out to be that there was some fault in the engine due to which coolant was leaking. The estimated amount of the repair was around 1.5 lacs which would've been covered under warranty had they checked the problem in detail timely.
And the steering too was faulty. The person driving could hear some kind of sound while turning the steering. It sounded like some spring sound. Upon getting it checked, probably they didn't replace the steering or the faulty part, just cured it for the time being.
After a few months the same problem with the steering came to notice and in the mean time the vehicle got out of warranty.
Upon getting it checked at a mechanic in the auto market, it came out to be some problem with the steering motor, if repairable it would cost around 10 thousand, else the whole steering assembly was to be changed costing around 40 thousand.
These issues are not expected of a vehicle from such a reputed brand as hyundai. We are saddened to say this but we can't ever trust hyundai again with it's products and neither would recommend any friend or relative to buy hyundai vehicles.
And on the top the service personnel were so careless in taking proper care of the issues and interrogating them.
The vehicle was bought from hisar hyundai, hisar, haryana and has been regularly serviced at the same.

I have i 10 grand and sent my car for service 3-4 times as it stops in the middle & does not starts. I have gone today to pick my car from service after a week however still facing the same problem.

Is these kind of service your department is providing. I am really disappointed from your services.

Please solve this problem at earliest.
