Hyundai Motor India — regarding issue in company fitted stereo - up80 dz 0013 | |||
Dear sir/madam, It feels very bad to write this complaint regarding very casual behaviour of the dealer representative in arvind hyundai, agra. I have a grand i 10 car sports+ model with company fitted blaupunkt touch stereo. From last 4 months my stereo is not working properly, sometimes it works and sometimes it shows white screen on the display, it may be some wiring problem where this problem reflects many times. I visited to arvind hyundai on 21st june for the resolution of this problem. They told me to get it repair from local market as we have not any mechanic for the stereo repairing and not a service centre situated in agra city. I met with mr. R. L. Sharma, mr. Naveen chaurasiya, he took my number to get the resolution done, but still nobody contact me as on date nor resolve my issue. If i have to get repair company fitted items from local market, then why should i get service my vehicle from authorised service centre. I can get service my vehicle also from local market in low cost. If no service centre in agra and no availability of stereo mechanic at hyundai service centre, then please replace my stereo.
