Hyundai Motor India — regarding manufacturing defect in hyundai elantra | |||
I have bought hyundai elantra in 2013. After driving 22000 km, clutch plates got damaged. Agency told that might be driver fault. I agreed and drove very carefully.. Again on total 53000 km again clutch plates got damaged. Again agency told that its not their fault. Again i paid money. Again i drove extremly carefully and again after driving total 95000 km clutch plates got damaged. I again went to agency this time they put plates in warrenty. I requested them many many times that it is manufacturing default kindly replace the full clutch plates part from my car and put new one. I told thwm to change fry wheel also. Means full clutch plates portion. But thwy didnt do. Now again driving 10000 km means total 1.05 lac km again i am getting problem regarding my clutch plate. I qm very much frustrated thinking to sale this car. Kindly replace the full portion of my clutch plates else i am hiring a lawyer within 1 week. Kindly help me on this part. I hv spent so much money on buying elantra but this problem is coming again and again. Kindly replace the full part. As i have requested to everybody but nobody listened. So i am thinking to hire my lawyer and fight case against hyundai company. Sir i am very very much frustrated. Please replace this clutch plates full part from my car.
