Hyundai Motor India — regarding misconduct of hyundai customer executive | |||
Dear sir For purchasing grand i10 i visited your outlet hyundai crossland, vaishali nagar, jaipur. At the time of our visit and enquiry the customer executive ms. Varsha attended us and treated us very gently. We booked the car by depositing advance amount rs/- 10000 and submitted required documents for the loan of rs 3 lacs. Different bank loan agents were present there who offered me varied loan scheme and interest rates. I found their interest rates higher than market rates and showed interest in taking loan from my bank where i already have my saving account, but your executive forced me to take loan from her suggested bank executive. When i denied to take loan from them ms. Varsha misbehaved with me and shouted as i am a criminal. Sir with deep sorrow i would like to mention that my entire family has faith in your prestigious company and we are already using 2 hyundai cars. This was the 3rd hyundai car in our family. But this kind of wrong and insulting behaviour with customers can spoil the image of your company. We humbly request you to take necessary action against concerned person and guide then how to behave with customers. I also request you to instruct your company executive to refund my booking amount to avoid inconvenience.
