Hyundai Motor India — Regarding mistake by dealer/Hyundai company in Punching Wonder warranttee of 3 years instead of 5 years | |
Sir, I want to draw your kind notice towards the following facts: 1. I have purchased one new i20 on 3.2.2021 from Balaji Hyundai, kalambagh Rd Muzaffarpur, Bihar (VIN: MALBG512LMM041554, REGD NO: BR06CN9704) 2. At the time of delivery of vehicle, l have told the dealer that wonder warranty should be 5 years . The dealer replied that paper has been already prepared and it has been done for 3 years by mistake, it will be rectified very soon. 3.Dealer has also send mail to Hyundai company that by mistake, invoice has been Punch/generated for 3 years. ( copy attached) 4. After that I have told the dealer as well as Hyundai company several times through phone and Whatsapp message for 5 year wonder warranty but in vain. I have also contacted Hyundai CC through mail and phone many times but no fruitful result. It is requested kindly to look into the matter and pass necessary order for providing me 5 year wonder warranty instead of 3 years which has wrongly been Punch by Dealer /company. With kind regards.
