Hyundai Motor India — regarding parts of car's part

Dear sir/madam, i went hindustan Hyundai service center in jaipur for my i10 3rd service and it is last one. After my car had service, i carry it but after that car made a noise of a linkage of left hand side front. I ask the service adviser about the noice and they said that it is a problem of a linkage and i had to pay a part's amount. But sir i drive my vehicle only 6200km in 2 and half years. Kindly give me the suggestion regarding this problem.
