Hyundai Motor India — regarding problems in our new generation verna | |||||
We purchased a new generation verna in november 2017 since then we faced many problems such as after first day our screen display panel stopped working the godavari hyundai ludhiana doesn't listen to our queries after many rounds to the agency then we go to the manager office they change the panel and this is not the new panel this also used one. And then braking problems emerged we talk to the foreman about this and they said braking is good but to our side, we are not satisfied and since then we had taken many rounds to the agency in the meantime the paint problem also emerge for e. G in the city traffic scooter had hit lightly the left fender paint damage we talk to the service manager about this also and they didn't listen. So we are not satisfied with godavari motors ludhiana. Our last hope is upon your head office. We want to exchange our faulty new generation verna. Please help us as our soon as possible.
