Hyundai Motor India — regarding registration of vehicle

Its been three month i had purchased a creta but still not i have got the registration no. dealer is mohan motors hyundai. Also they have taken 43000 more than the invoice value. i am asking dealer /owner of the dealer they are not responding. i have resister complaint with hyundai. my complaint id is - 1-[protected]. its been 7 day but i am not getting proper response from the Hyundai also.
