Respected sir/madam,
I regret to say that my car hyundai i10 grand diesel (HR51 AX 6364) is under warranty and i am unable to get the service. I have purchased this car on 1st november 2013, which holds 2 years of warranty, and during this session i have signed several complaints regarding A/C which is not working properly. I have submitted my car several times in A-1 motors ballabhgarh, but i have never meet with its satisfaction.
My car meet with an accident in november 2014 and all the service were provided by the the same hyundai showroom, and at that time also they told me that the car is completely working with AC and all.
As it was winter season and there was no need o[censored]sing AC so i didn't check it out, and now in summer when i start to use it, my car use to get heated. i have also signed several complaint on customer care and finally i submitted my car in the showroom for this.
Now they are saying that its condenser and motor are needed to be replaced and they are not considering it out of warranty which should not be so.
So, i would request you to look into the matter seriously as i am a student, i would be very thankful for your kindness.thanking you.
