[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Regarding the Hyundai Car i-20 | |||
Dear Sir, We wish to draw your kind attention to the fact that my car had been toed by the Goel Hyundai under insurance around 2 months back. My car had been entered in Agency on 1st August and after that no information provided to me about my car. I had been visited many times in agency to see my car but i had never seen. Then, after 21 days a job card is provided to me and i had seen my car after a long period of 21 days. During these 21 days, many losses had been incurred to my car like scratches, looking mirror and net of the blower. On the other hand, estimate of my car made by the company is much more than sufficient without any diagnose. When i request for diagnose, manager refuses and said that we have not any staff for diagnose, you have to wait for some days. Whenever i want to connect General Manager, He ignored me and asked me to talk after 24 hours. He really talks nonsense and doesn't attend the customer properly. I never suggest anyone to buy Hyundai Car because your Customer Service is really very bad. I humbly request you to return my car as soon as possible and take strictly action against the manager.
